[PS3] Server is Not Responding

Error Code: [11070][-2140077934]

I've tried submitting a ticket, and I'm getting an error when I try to send one saying it may be a technical difficulty. Searching these forums is a pain and Google hasn't helped. So, forums, you're up.

Why can't I connect?

I've tried taking off my cookie allowance, closing my browser, opening it then re-applying cookie use as that's what I've been told to try off a friend. I have 100 days subscription (logged in to Mog Station), I'm logged in to the Lodestone just fine, and obviously I'm logged in here fine.


EDIT: So, turns out turning things on and off works... Well that's a first. Either way, is this going to be an ongoing issue? It's seriously a pain in the ass if it is. I want to know what the initial issue with it was.
