Primals coming in each major patch with Extreme mode of same primal in same patch.

Most of this seems pretty reasonable, given things established so far.

Hildebrand ending? Please. A Gentleman just doesn't end.

Well its nice to know I was right about Frontlines PvP before it was mentioned again on Duty commenced.
They said Hidebrand questline would probably end towards 3.0.
Can expect to hear more about new exp pack around 2.5~2.7 in terms of live letters/E3 trailer.
Question is they need to complete the content before releasing the new EXP pack out cus all there efforts will go into adding patches to that.
Will probably see Crystal Towers end at 2.9 then EXP pack at 3.0.
Dont expect Marriage system will be out at exactly 2.3 mainly because they will want to use "marketing/crysta" stuff done before releasing it. Just like Fanstania.
Will probably see open world primals/summoning at 2.8~3.2 since all the main primals are done.
As for new class/job will probably hear more at E3 but then be released next patch or two after.
Kinda a bummer that its a full year away still this content is finished.

Software version numbers might look like decimals but they aren't decimals. We don't have to reach 2.9 before 3.0 is released, and we aren't 20% through the current expansion (2.2). It's more likely the final patch of "2.0" before the expansion will be 2.5.

After completing Turn 5, Alphinaud (or was it Alisae? I dunno) mentions that there are "two other" places just like the one we finished exploring, most likely referring to the Second Coil just released with 2.2 and the Third Coil to be released in 2.4.

They also have made it sound like an expansion is not too far off and seeing how FFXI worked on almost yearly expansion cycles it'd make sense that we'd see the same thing here. So I think what'll happen is we'll get the final turn of Coil in patch 2.2 in June/July, then we'll get the final Crystal Tower dungeon in 2.5 in September/October, and then we'll get an expansion around December/January, since that'll be about 1 year and 3 months after the game launched.

CT will continue, but Coil is replaced with a new raid in exp.

As of now the expect rate of Major Updates before 1st expansion is around 2.4, 2.5 or 2.6. (2.5 months per Major Update if there is no issues like what happened to 2.1)

1st expansion is planned to be released within 2 years since 2.0 is released which is the range of 2.4, 2.5 or 2.6.

ya it seems Coil 3 will be the ending of the Coil Storyline which is to serve as the story explaning how Bahamut returned to Eorzea after dissappearing during the End of the Era trailer.

If that is the case then Bahamut may be the final boss of 3.0 storyline and after his defeat we will be introduced to the other Elder Primals of equal or greater power than Bahamut located in the other Continents.

I suspect that we'll all be playing 3.0 before the end of your list based on your dating, but we'll see!
