Can't Login into Game Client

Hey everyone,
I stopped playing a while back and just came back to the game. However, when I went to log into the game I had seem to forgot all my information. So after going through all the hassle to get everything back and resetting my password and everything and re-finding my Square-Enix ID I went back to try to log into the game again. Again though, I have been greeted with the "ID or password is incorrect" message. If anyone knows what could be done to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.
