LF a skilled dragoon for t6+ static

We will be raiding on weeknights starting around 8 or 9PM EST for three hours, accommodating to schedules as needed. We're a new group of friends forming from old statics that fell apart. We are hoping for a drama-free environment. Teamspeak is required. Most of us already have T6 kills or experience, but we'd prefer skill over just experience.
