cant loggin into Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn for ps4

Hi there. I cant loggin into Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. I got the european digital download version for the ps4 and in the topic thy are aware of this issue. thy say i should contact square enix. i cant find a phone number or email adres sow this is my only option.
Here is what my screen says:

No valid or active service account is available to play Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn

In order to play Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn you must first purchase the digital download from the playstation store or register a product code

*Users participating in early access must also complete registration by April 16, 2014

To complete registration, please first close the game client, then access the Final Fantasy XIV: Mog Station trough the internet browser found in the home screen

Go to Mog Station and log in that way. From there, go to your account services page and you will find the support button to click on. This will begin the process of contacting Square Enix via Chat or phone once a ticket is created.
