Why can you not dispute your own Party Dismissal?

I get a Low Level Roulette for the Duty Roulette on Haukke Manor, everyone says hellos nothing bad yet. Then I find that the WHM Healer didn't want to wait for the tank to get back for a minute or two, so he starts running around pulling the Maids and groups of adds without a tank.


I tell him if he wants to run around and pull adds that he should go play a Tank on his own time and not do beyond his job description. He's already giving me attitude because clearly he's a healer and he can get away with it, even taunts me by saying maybe we should just wait for another healer if I don't like it.

Which would be fine by me if I get a little brat for a healer that wants to go and cause problems. So he's constantly running ahead of the tank pulling enemies and aggroing everything, Tank is new as well so I can't stop to give him advice before the healer runs ahead and starts pulling. We get to a mob of four and two Maidservants, Healer runs ahead into the middle and starts trying to sleep everything, nothing is controlled so I'm trying to AoE everything down before someone dies as Bard.

Tank doesn't get heals because healer is going Rambo on everything, and the healer blames it on me because he ran ahead before I could say, which I soon did, that we should pull the Maids back before we deal with the group of four. We get to the first boss and I suddenly get kicked because the healer didn't like me.

So now I get to wait for another roulette match because of an immature healer causing problems. Why can I not even know that I'm about to get dismissed for a **** reason? It happens suddenly without word and a healer gets his way and can continue pulling and tanking everything, which annoys me.

Long time ago, my PT kicked a bad player who trying to MPK the party, then he rejoined immediately,
so we kicked him again and he re-joined again, finally I left the dungeon right after the 3rd kick because no one can kick him agian.

You can't directly dispute the dismissal, per se, but you can always report the people who kicked you for abusing the feature. Of course, this necessitates taking a screenshot of the party or something so you can accurately convey their player names, though...

The why is simple. In a full group if the person it is aimed at cant vote there will never be a tie for the system to figure out. So instead of having the system calculate the % of a vote they can just set to 2 for 4 player content 4 for 8 player content. Its much less processing power on the servers to do it this way.

As to the circumstances do you really want to continue the run anyway when you know it would be doomed to failure once you hit a boss?

Report him.

Also I don't know why someone else would have agreed to kick you if you weren't being overly aggressive. Perhaps you weren't coming across as nicely as you think you were.

From my experiences so far, if two people are arguing about something and no one knows each other, no one else will say or do anything to get involved with it, and since a healer no matter how much of a pain he may be, is more valuable, and a DPS isn't as valuable and can easily be replaced, whereas losing the healer would usually end the run, the DPS will get kicked first.

I'll go out on a limb and assume it's neither the 1st, nor the last time this person used the Kick feature as their own personal bouncer and even if reporting doesn't get them an instant sanction, it'll be there to attest to a pattern of behaviour.

I was kicked from a party once - it was after the last patch when everything went extra laggy (I'm used to a certain lag, but this was a full 4-5 seconds) before the emergency maintenance. The healer and I both wiped twice at Ash in Haukke HM, the tank started berating us, telling us to 'gtfo' - I don't take orders from raging children so simply started running back to the boss room - the healer (understandably) didn't want to heal someone who was insulting him/her and left the duty. A second later, I was kicked from the party by the 2 remaining players.

I reported it - searched by name in the lodestone to be sure I had the right character (since I didn't know their server), wrote a short bullet point note for the report with what, where, when, who - took less than 1 minute including the search time in the lodestone. I got an answer back the next day (generic to be sure), and I was satisfied with that.

Happy end to the story though, requeued in roulette, landed immediately in Haukke HM again, this instance was not lagging, one shot the entire dungeon with large pulls and zero deaths. I couldn't help but wonder if the other 2 members were still in their laggy instance waiting for a healer or a DPS to queue in progress :-D

This. Except is there anyway they were preformed together? They may have left you out of the loop as far as how they want to do the dungeon. Maybe the healer was helping a new tank with the dungeon and was being impatient. Like an FC member or something. Its reportable. Trust me, I know how infuriating it is to be told to just deal, but I would just report it and hope SE can help you. You can expand the chat window and take a screen shot of the conversation, at least. Future reference, of course if you hadn't already done it.
