looking for WAR and SMN or DRG for static (Hard/Mid-core)

Our members have downed t6 and t7, and are progressing to t8. Requirements below.

Fast learner.
Not emotionally sensitive.
Can raid every day at around 8pm est.

WAR: not needed, but would like them to have an off-spec dps class. You will be allowed to roll on tank gear if you use your off spec dps class if we choose to single tank t8.

SMN/DRG: must be pushing at least 280 dps.
