So.. Im trying to make a character...

On moogle, launcher updates clearly show that moogle is not restricted but im getting an error saying I cant make it on this world currently?

Anyone seen this when making a character? Is this just SE being lazy as normal with updating people about what is happening?

launcher is only updated for restrictions updates for list of servers which is closed for restriction at 4:00 a.m./ 8:00 a.m./ 1:00 p.m./ 6:00 p.m./ 11:00 p.m. (PDT)
best time to probably make the char is during na morning as servers will be quite at that time otherwise check server close to time it updates

They temporarily close certain severs during peak hours to help from overcrowding it. It changes every few hours

If you really want to make it on moogle, just monitor this website:

It tells you exactly what times they update

Right now it looks like Moogle is closed for new character creation :)
