Running out of quests in the open world!

I've been trying to save mid-level (10-49) quests for leveling other classes.
However now that I'm on my 3rd class I'm running out and have to resort to the more grindy leves fates and dungeons that I've already done dozens of times.

It's not only the different way to level but I really truly LOVE quests. The writing the cutscenes and especially questlines that continue.

We've got more and more lvl 50 quests in the past 9 months but very few midlevel quests.

Is SE planning to add more stuff to do via mid-level quests or is the focus on 50+ quests only from now on?

This could be one way to make the barren open world meaningful again.
