i94 BRD LF T6+ Progression Group

I'm currently an i94 BRD on Leviathan looking for a T6+ progression group. Most of my FC is EST based while I am PST, and a few things are changing for me that may prove to be inconvenient for them time wise. I work full time, but my days/times are not the same every week (not the typical M-F 9-5). The good thing, though, is that I know my schedule for that whole month with it changing minimally and with a good amounts notice. I play with a hardcore mindset, but as my schedule is, can't really say I'm looking for a "Static" as in static raid days/times, and I'm also willing to put in about 3-4 (flexible?) days a week for solid raiding.

As for times that I would typically be available:
*6/6:30pm PST (If I work mornings)
*11:30pm PST (If I work nights)
*Anytime up until 7pm Sharp (If I work overnights. This will only be a few times a month) *Days off: Anytime
*Again, the days I actually work mornings/nights/days off are not consistent week to week

My current progression:
*Up to T6 final phase (got it to about 10%)
*Extreme Primals including Leviathan Ex on farm
*Moogle Ex on farm
*T1-5 on farm

Other classes:
*i90 BLM: My main since beta, but I changed to BRD to better serve my FC. I'm better geared on my BRD and consider that to be my main now, but I can still BLM pretty well XD
*All other battle classes at 50 except MNK and DRG.

Other info:
*I'm able to adapt to situations and learn fairly quickly
*Not really wanting to join another FC (Negotiable? Maybe)
*I do my research on fights
*I appreciate constructive feedback and I am always up for improving DPS, game-play, etc.
