i joined a some random FC during the beta and after the game came out i was still it that FC, afterwards i switch to another FC and now my exp boost is gone and hasnt came back. whats going on?

i joined a some random FC during the beta and after the game came out i was still it that FC, afterwards i switch to another FC and now my exp boost is gone and hasnt came back. whats going on?
The FC decides if they keep it on or not. ^^; So the new one probably doesn't.. :)
another thing is, i was in a FATE and my internet lagged me out and now the quest text on the right of the screen is covering my map, how do i move this thing i tried dragging it with the map nothings working. HELPPP
EDIT:nvm i went to hotbar setting and changed the ui and it reverted back to normal
