2 code in 1 account? need help here pls :(

Hi, I want to ask if it is possible for me to disband a game code and active it in other account? The first time I bought a normal one through Steam with just $29.99, and then I want to upgrade to the Collector's Edition (CE) so I spend $49.99 as well. At first I thought that the CE will upgrade your account but now I am aware that it just adds another service into your account, so now my account has 2 different service but I just play on 1. I don't want to waste my money for nothing so anyway to transfer to other account? My friend wants to play this game so I'm thinking about giving it to him.
By the way, the CE goes with the Exclusive Box and some more stuff (disc, art book...), I wonder how can I get it then? It has been a month since I bought the CE but still haven't receive anything yet (except game's items).

You sure the collectors edition comes with that "exclusive box" stuff? I didnt receive that either, but I dont remember
It saying you get something mailed to you either.

yeah, on FF14 main page they post it (http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/pr/product/) as you can see they have like 7 bonus, but I'm not sure it applies for windows or not :P
