It looks like it is a Turn 9 drop so we prob won't see it for a while.
It's also the body piece the Warrior is wearing in the 2.2 patch trailer if you want to know what it looks like in game.
Yeah, just looks like the High Allaghan Gear is the best looking gear on Tanks, Healers, and DPS.
