Account for 9 months... Where are the rest of my Veteran Rewards?

I've had my account with Square-Enix since 8/13. I got Veteran Rewards for ranks 1, 2, & 3 but after that nothing. Their was no period of inactivity and I've been charged monthly.

Hmm..thats weird. Check your account by using Mogstation. It will have a list of veteran rewards currently available to you. Check to make sure its up to date. If so, check your mog mail box. You may have mail there waiting for you and just not giving you the notice that there is. Other than that I'm not sure :/ Was your account suspended due to it being hacked or RMT activity? This may also change they way the rewards work as well.

Already done that prior to posting this.
The mog says I have nothing available.
Mog station and my bank account says I've had an active 9 month subscription. :(

Did you get a month free?

Arrak, would it matter if I had a month free? Even if 8 months its still 243.495 days.

What actual rewards do you have?

I received only up to 3 months of Vet Rewards.

meaning they owe me Rank 4. Which is listed on Mog Station as such:

Rank 4
Accumulated Subscription Days: 180 days

243-180 = 63 days late on delivering my Rank 4 rewards.

Aye but how many of those have you actually paid for should be the question you're asking yourself.

Lol. Math is hard I know.
But I only had one month free of service. I still paid for the 8 months of service as stated above.
Why am I talking to you about it anyway? You're just a player, whose obviously looking for something to argue about.
Thank you for your opinion though, no matter how unhelpful it was.
