A question to PS4 players

I don't know how to ask this without being confusing, but like at 0:50 in this video:

Do the clothes move like that on PS4? The one in green's tassels show what I'm asking.

Because on the PS3 how the clothing moves is kinda fixed, but on that video they seem to be "detached" from the models.

Yes, the cloth animations are there.

I spent a lot of time in the first PS4 beta watching things like clothing, hair and the Moogle pom move...I still do, actually...

Yeah, considering it's basically a low to mid range PC, I would expect to be mostly the same as such.

Oh wow, never expected that.

Yeah my first couple of days on PS4 I was like "Whoa, wait, there's physics in this game???"
Also, two of my favorite graphical upgrades were shadow quality and greatly improved draw distance.
