Blue Screens Everywhere!

I have a Radeon HD 7990 GPU (which is a dual GPU). Everything was working great until about a month ago. Now every time I turn off my computer, FFXIV blue screens my computer when I start it up. It used to work if I reinstalled the GPU drivers after I started up the computer as long as I didn't restart between that and running the game. Yesterday it even made me to do a complete un/re-install of the drivers to make the game work (which is a HUGE pain and takes a while and like 5 restarts). To add to it, my computer randomly turns itself off for no reason sometimes when I'm not using it. Which means I can't just leave it on and hope to not worry about it. Any ideas how to make FFXIV support my card or some other workaround?
