PS4 - Can't Get Past Welcome Screen

I've upgraded from PS3 to PS4. After accepting the terms and conditions, I'm taken to the Welcome screen, letting me know I'll have to link to my PSN account and so on, I hit the next button and nothing happening. The hand icon is over it, but tapping X is doing nothing. I've also tried every other button, just in case. I sent support a message last night, but it'd be great to hear from the community if this is a known issue. Will I need to delete and reinstall (hopefully not, such a huge download!)?

Oh, and yes, I have restarted the console and the app several times, in case it was a load issue.
