Legacy to Non-legacy transfer

I have a toon on Sargatanas (four lvl50s, one of them i90). I never played until the Ps3 FFXIV, and switched to Ps4. I know there's still a ban for transferring Legacy to Non-Legacy, but when I played, I had no knowledge of what a legacy server was, I only made a toon there to play with one of my friends who is on PC. I can't play with ps4 friends on Sar, and they can't make toons there.

When will the ban be lifted? Can someone link me to where SE officially stated that they will lift the ban? I saw the 'live chat and email support for 4/19 and 4/20' but I see no option for live chat, just email support, and I know they'll just send me automated responses so don't evn want to bother.

Bah sorry *I cannot play with my ps4 friends on Jenova, and they cannot make toons on Sar due to the restriction of toons on the server, which many no longer play anyway.

As the economies of non-Legacy Worlds have now had time to mature, restrictions on World transfer for players on Legacy Worlds will be lifted on March 1, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. (PST).

Before using the World Transfer Service, please be sure to review the transfer service guidelines (http://sqex.to/uR4) on the Lodestone or the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station.

Please note that there may be a delay in the processing of your application, as a large number of players are expected to make use of the service.

Note that the new worlds created for the launch of the PS4 can not be transferred to by anyone (legacy or non-legacy server) until their economies have time to stabilize (probably another 6 months).

Do you really know this? Because they lifted that well over a month ago.

Thank you all so much for replying, it means a lot. I haven't been keeping track of the notes due to waiting for Ps4 release so it's nice to have people keep me informed. Thank you for being such a wonderful fanbase.

To Murakumo; No need to be rude. It's kind of obvious I didn't know, seeing as the only info I got on it was from Reddit and honestly, I didn't want to trust a website that didn't link directly to the note.
