Something for Fun: Legendary Quests

Something that I think would be fun, especially with the vanity system is introduction of Legendary Quests.

If you ever played EQ 2 then you know about Heritage Quests, which were lengthy quests to obtain a famous historical item from EQ 1.

Since SE has such a rich portfolio of games with great histories, there is huge opportunity for that type of quest here. These are items that would be powerful for certain levels.. but once they were not so useful could be placed in the home as a trophy.

Examples that I would like to see is a quest line for things such as : the orb of light, the floater stone, the Chrono trigger, Erdrick's sword or armor, the Water Flying Cloth, the Moonshadow Harp... the list goes on and on. Even if they were only trophies for the home, I think these would still be fun.

It would be nice to have 1 or 2 key items from previous Final Fantasy's and then keep them displayed in the FC House.

Things like Wakkas Blitzball, Clouds Motorbike, Zacks Buster Sword... maybe even a Triple Triad mini game ;)

Part of me is hoping that when personal housing comes in, that they do add quests where you can get unique untradeable furniture from long quest chains, similar as you put it to the aww heritage quests which worked well
