Lag issue after cutscene redux

Steps:
1. Talk to Waekbyrt to accept r36 quest.
2. Move a little forward to go into instance/cutscene
3. Enter fight and lag/graphics stutter like the dickens (and still lagging)
4. Complete quest and throw up from motion sickness caused by jerky graphics
5. Log out of client completely and restart game to fix
