can not edit my character profile

i logged into the character i wanted to update for. went to the character screen page clicked on the edit gear icon to edit the character profile. i typed what i would like to have in it. when i do click confirm it just sits there doing nothing. it would not actually confirm the character profile tab. i can click cancel and it goes back no problem. just when i click confirm. it adds the confirm in the URL and just sits there without it going back to the page with the updated edit.

is anyone one else having this? i have tried multiple browsers. PS3, PSVITA, IE, nightly, firefox, chrome. it all adds the confirm in the URL but does not actually confirm for me.

the profile edit have been fixed by the looks of it i can update now
