Retainer information mixed up

One of my retainers, a Lancer, shows that her max level is 21 when I have LNC levelled to 26 on my character. Also today when I turned in her last venture, the system message in the chat said "Foxy Zota has reached maximum level." This is not my retainer, her name is K'aia. I haven't heard or used this other name before. I had just logged in and was in the 3rd Ward of The Goblet, no one else was around. The only text in the chat window was the system greeting and the info from the venture I turned in. Seems my retainer's information somehow got mixed up with someone else's?

I've had this issue as well. In fact, I've had our FC member names appear in the window on the odd occasion - and even my own name! I'll check again later but if I'm not mistaken, it only happens when a retainer has reached the maximum level.

Max level is your current level minus 5 until you reach 50. The name part does sound odd, though.
