How you can report RMT

Many people I ask, and when I see others make suggestions, don't actually realise the correct way to report RMT. You'd expect to report it in the same way as everything else, through contact us - report (or whatever it is) and people often aren't sure whether to report it as cheating or harrassment, but there is in fact a system already set up that people pretty often overlook (I didn't see it for a while at first either)

Choose ask question and it automatically opens the window for it. You'll likely get a typical 'thankyou for reporting this' message within a few minutes.

People complain about it because they unrealistically expect SE to immediately act on every report and nuke the suspected RMT/botter as soon as they register it. Because this takes time though, they're not satisfied with this. Unfortunately, it does take time because they have to investigate each report to check it's not a mistake or someone trying to use it as a form of harassment on another player (like framing someone for a crime). Due process has to be followed naturally.

They don't even need to look at reports and investigate them.

Just log on the damn game on any character and watch the flood of RMT tells come.

That's what I was hoping they do. I admit I'm on PS4 its hard to do and to lazy to write down name but I'm getting to that point
