Quest Wont accept glitch

I just leveled up THM to 30 and went to open the quest to turn into BLM, however it says i need a ACN Lv.15, which i knew about. My ACN is LV.50 and its not letting me accept the quest. Ive tried to change to ACN to make the game realise i have got the job past 15 but its not recognising :( Ive messages the Support Desk in game and they replied saying that theres nothing a GM can directly do to fix this issue :( Can anyone help me or is anyone having the same issue either here or with another quest?? Thank you >.<
