Myself and friend have played on Phoenix for a long time, however, the server as a whole seems quite dead, I don't see many about and it's difficult to fate farm.
Which EU server is most active and has a lot of dedicated players? We have got our choices down to Moogle, Odin and Shiva
Moogle I would say is the most active due to it attracting many English and French players. If you don't mind seeing french every so often I suggest Moogle for most active.
I can't say for the others but Moogle seems well populated and busy even in the early hours of the morning.
