Hello, i recently bought an alienware 17 and installed my ff14 game... the second i try to launch the game it just says "final fantasy has stopped working".
i have reinstalled it twice and also checked my drivers everything is working fine.
is there anything else i can do?
Well there is a maintenance right now and the servers are down.
i have been trying it for over 24 hours :/

Need more info. If you are oc your cpu or gpu try turning those off and running the game launcher. Also try changing your default browser as the launcher uses this for the splash page. You did not specify if the crash occurred during the boot update check, launcher load, or client launc these are all separate exe.
