The character profiles

The character profiles on the lodestone are not updating what\\'s so ever. The only thing I see that might be updating correctly is the currency section of my profile. However it does not update the status of my levels on my classes. And also when I logged out today while staying in an inn I was a miner, however my profile still shows my paladin as what I was when I logged. And also the level of my paladin is 48 not 46.

It seems only the currency is being constantly updated but everything else is not. Can you please check what is going on and correct the issue. I know I am not the only with the problem. Or is there a way to implement a refresh button for our character to manually update them if its not done automatically when logging off the game?

I am sorry if I posted this in the wrong section of the forums. I saw there was a topic started in the feedback section about this issue. Can a mod please either move this thread to the righr location or remove it if necessary. Thank you.
