Huge FPS drops on PS4 version

Hey, having a problem, not sure what to do anymore. Anyways, on my PS4 version I get huge FPS drops in certain areas. It tends to happen when I turn my camera around to look behind me or just certain walls and areas. Some moments the game will be fine with 30+ people in a fate and lots of effects, but as soon as I turn the camera towards say Uldah or something with pretty much nothing going on in that direction, my FPS drops big time. So far I love the PS4 version for Dungeons. Very smooth and no FPS drops in dungeons so far. but out in the world it can be pretty bad for me. Another example is in the market wards for Gridania. I look to one side and the game is very smooth, look to the other and there can be nobody there and it drops for some reason a lot :(

I have been told it could be my connection or TV, my PC version has no problem on this connection though and when I connected my PC to the TV and mimicked the settings, there was no problems with the FPS in the areas the PS4 had. I have also tried 3 different TV's and even went to a friends house and then my Dads to test on their connection and tv's, same problem.

The main problem is out in the world, the only time I have had FPS drop in an instance (keep in mind, still have not tried them all) is the guildhest - annoy the void. From the start of the hest if I look to the left wall my game becomes super choppy. but anywhere else with the demon and 20+ hippo's on screen... flawless. I just don't know what to do anymore.

While my PC runs the game great, I really just want to play the game on PS4, but I just feel like giving up soon.

Sorry for the long post and errors I made. oh and I forgot to mention that changing the HD modes in the game does nothing for me either.
