<PRide> Phoenix Riders is recruiting a tank (pref War) for its main static (on T7)

Greetings everyone,

Phoenix Riders is currently looking to recruit a tank to complete its main static group. Ideally, we would prefer to recruit a warrior, since we already have a paladin, but oustanding applications by paladins are welcome. Our group is currently progressing on T7. Applicants should have an ilvl of 90. Experience in the second coil of bahamut is not required but welcome. We understand that finding proper groups for twintania, titan or ifrit can be tricky, though; but should you be stuck on one of these, you should have enough experience to efficiently tank it (especially regarding proper CD management).

Regarding raids, we believe that raiding the most challenging content can be done without shouting on your fellow teammates for any mistake they do and making them feel like crap. That being said, we are very serious regarding our ability to tackle all endgame content as it is current. As a whole, our players are dedicated and ready to focus fully during progression raids. They are always looking for ways to improve and capable of taking constructive criticism without flipping table like they were titan. On top of that, we are looking for a quick learner -- No one will blame you for making a mistake here and there, but we need you to be able to pick up on things quickly and to avoid repeating the same mistake over and over. You should also be lag free most of the time, and willing to use a VPN (pingzapper free version at least, if not battleping paid version, which a lot of us use) if suddenly hit by a lag spike, if not all the time.

That being said, we are also looking for someone that will fit well into our company. We are a merry bunch, joking a lot, discussing and teasing each others, and our main goal is to have fun. For these reasons, we look for someone that is an english speaker (no need to be from the UK though, we have english, italians, frenchs, and others in there ! ) and is willing to use TS3. Being shy, or taking your time to get to know us is obviously perfectly fine, but being mute all the time is not -- we are not looking for a npc here. Also note that we do not know a lot of boundaries when it comes to jokes. Respect of your companions and being careful of not hurting their feeling are values we hold dear; but when all is said and done, the jokes and pranks in our groups run from classy to downright trashy, and if you are easily offended by black humor, dirty jokes and strong words, you may not feel comfortable playing around us.
