I'm looking to find the best gear for a lvl 50 Culinarian, here is what I have right now, could you help me find what i'm mising?

As of right now, I believe electrum choker HQ is BiS for neck and Militia Wristlets HQ for well, wrist BiS.
I use HQ Astral rings on both fingers.
Red Fang earrings HQ should be BiS too I believe. Waist is Raptorskin Merchants Purse HQ.
Your artisan pan is BiS right now, ahead of your blue class tool.
The bis and the materia you should meld to it are,
Aetheryte Ring x2: Control +3, CP +3, Craftsmanship +4, Control +1
Militia Wristlets: Control +4, CP +4, Craftsmanship +4, CP +2
Red Coral Fang Earrings: Control +3, CP +3, CP +3, Craftsmanship +3
Electrum Necklace: Control +3, CP +3, CP +2, Craftsmanship +3
Raptorskin Merchant's Purse: Control +3, CP +3, Control +2, Craftsmanship +3
The best mainhand is the artisan pan as mentioned in the post above, until you can get that though the one you get from your final class quest is better than anything off the markeboards.
BiS for mainhand is Artisian's Frypan, as noted.
BiS for head is actually NOT Culinarian's Hat, but instead Artisian's Spectacles, which beat out a fully-melded HQ Culinarian's Hat by +3 Control.
However, to get either the Artisian's Frypan or the Artisian's Spectacles, you will likely need your Chantico (frying pan reward for level 50 class quest) and lots of materia melded into your Culinarian gear and crafting accessories. Either that, or get really lucky on your HQ Spicy Tomato Relish!
