Journal doesn't keep the colapsed / expanded sub-options in the quest list and changes / expands "randomly"

Steps:
1. Open Journal
2. Colapse ("minimise") the first section "Quests" so only the "Levequests" section is expanded showing the list of active leves.
3. Perform one of the bellow actions:
- Abandon one of the leves (*1)
- Turn in one of the leves (*1)
- Accept new levequest or normal quest (*2)
- Complere one levequest or normal quest (*2)
4. The first section of the Journal ("Quests") will expand on it's own so you need to colapse it again every time. This is very annoying if you have a long list of active Quests on the top you need to either collapse it or scroll all the way down to Levequests every time you perform one of the above actions. The same happens when you collapse the Levequest section and perform actions related to normal quest (accept, complete, turn in or abandon).
