Coronal Wristband?

So my Retainer brought back an Azeyma Rose, a lot of EXP for it so clearly something special. It is used to make a Coronal Wristband but I don't see why you would want to make one, I bought some Vanya Silk just in-case I want to get it crafted, but I don't know what it's used for.

Has a relation to Gardening, that's all I know.

That's literally all it's for. It's a decent-demand vanity item so if you don't want it, either the rose or the wristbands would sell.
