Hello! I was let in the early access, I just received my physical copy in the mail. How exactly can I get my stuff?

In the case with the game disk is a little booklet, and on the back of that booklet is a 12 letter product code. On your PS4, go to the PlayStation Store, and go to it's "Redeem Codes" section. That's where you enter the code to register the game.
Once you've registered it there, the PlayStation Store will ask if you want to download it, but if you were already using it in Early Access, there's no need to, since it's the same software you already have. (And for players who weren't in early access, but got the physical disc copy, they don't need to download it either, as it's quicker to install from disc.)
Once your code is registered with PSN, exit the store and start the game. It will walk you through the steps to either set up a SE account or link to an existing one. Since you were in Early Access, you'll want to link the registration to the SE account you were playing for that.
Once everything is set up and you're in the game, CE bonus items come through the mail, so find a delivery moogle to pick them up from.
