Looking to start a static group

Hello all!

I am currently looking at getting a couple static raid groups going. I am looking at getting EX primals down (to include Moogle) and finish off the first BCoB and progress into the 2nd BCoB. These will not be **OMG we're soo leet we one shots ereting!!** They will however, be fun and successful.

Groups
I am looking to build two strong groups to start that are ready for the challenges ahead and prepared to win. Experience is definitely preferred but not an absolutely necessity. We will be learning some of these fights together.

Time Zones
We currently have players in both the NA and EU time zones and will be running content during those times. One group for NA the other for EU. Just because you are in NA doesn't mean you can't join up with the EU group and vice versa. Everyone's play times vary and I feel that this will work out for everyone.

Raid Times
Based on the new resets with 2.2 being on Tuesdays (10EST and 3pm CET), my initial thoughts are for Tue/W/Th and if need be using Monday as a last push day. You can expect the statics to run 2-3 hours, more if everyone want's to continue. I feel this is a good amount of time to get things done, and allows for everyone to do what they prefer

Communication
We will have a Raid Shell as well as access to Ventrillo. Once joined you will have access to our FC's forums as well.

Roles
I am looking for everything!!! We have a few players that can fill different roles. Ultimately we are looking for 2/3 tanks, 3 heals, and 6/7 DPS (caster/melee split). By this time most people have multiple jobs leveld so that helps with roles as well.
