No valid service account
Hi i pre-order ff14 and got my early access code. i been playing from the data i downloaded from beta phase 2. but today when i try to log in it sends me to the registration page to link my account. but when i put in my password i get the
"no valid account is available to play ff14"
is it cause i don't have my physical copy yet or something else?

Same issue, i have a physical copy, but if i put it in, it tells me to delete the current game info, fuck that. Waiting on 12 pm eastern time to get ahold of someone on the phone at square enix, I am not holding my breath though they don't seem to be helpful, at least in the past.

Having a similar problem here. Where are you supposed to enter the serial code? When I go on the PS4 and go to the MOG account page it says down for maintenance! Is that the place I am supposed to enter the code?

Ok I might have found the issue, Not only did you have to enter the early access code on your receipt, and the 18 digit number on the square enix website, but YOU ALSO have to enter the other 12 digit code on psn(not early access code) found on the BACK of the game manual itself. So that is three codes you need to enter, 2 besides early access, then you get your free 30 days. Stupid I know.. Hope this helped.
Also when you log into the game you will have to register again just like when you first did the early access code, make sure you select "i already have an existing account" and DON'T make a new one, and you will register your actual ff14 at that point.
My personal issue was I didn't see the registration code on the back of the manual and only entered the 18 digit code on the square site and the 12 digit early access pre order code on the psn, but you also have to enter the 12 digit code on the back of the game manual itself now that early access is over. Also worth noting is that the mog station will still claim your account is inactive until you launch the game after registering the 3rd code. After that it shows your 30 free days on mog.
Way too fucking confusing and square should see the hassle in it.

I don't get the rush for this. Square-Enix europe hasn't sent the Physical copy yet here in Spain, so i guess i won't be playing for a week because the post office will be closed during the easter. Good Job SE.
