It happened in the Beta version and it's happening to me again, I cannot complete certain quests (for example: Gil for Gold) it will not let me press complete quest, and yes I've selected the ring. I have the PS4 version of the game.

Steps:
1. Take the ring to Mamane for approval.
(Also may happen on other quests, or it did in the beta version, I started the game again btw)
Is this one of the quests that has optional rewards? If so, you must choose one of the rewards to take.
Yes I have done that already still will not let me complete it, I select the ring to give to Mamane and nothing...it is also happening in other quests:

This was a common "problem" every since beta 1 for the PC version last year... I believe, but can't verify, that this is explained in one of the help windows that are enabled by default on first start...
And yes, some quests require that you select an optional reward...
In many quests you have multiply rewards from which you need to choose one first otherwise you're unbelt ot press complete button.
