PS4 - NPC Dialogue Box Cut Off Halfway Below Screen

Whenever I speak with an NPC, the dialogue box pops up very low on my TV screen, sometimes halfway below the screen. My TV is 1080p, and there is no overscan in effect (all pixels are visible on the screen).

Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: Anytime
Area and coordinates: Everywhere
Steps:
1. Right-click on NPC.
2. Dialogue box/bubble appears very low on screen (sometimes cut off).

NOTES: This was never an issue during PS4 Beta Phase 1 when the NPC dialogue boxes and text were small. It became an issue during PS4 Beta Phase 2, with the larger text and dialogue boxes. I also dislike the larger text. Please give users the capability to change the size of the NPC dialogue boxes & text. It seems to be the only HUD/UI thing in the game that cannot be modified by the user, and in my case at least, is causing an issue that is ruining an otherwise awesome game for me.
