PS4 digital CE doesn't show up on SE account and mail support won't help

Wow SE support is the worst ever. Opened a ticket, they wrote me I have to contact chat support. After two hours wait Chat support tells me they are from NA support and can't help with EU account.

Then I found out EU chat support times are 09:00-18:00 Mo-Fr, what is exactly the time where I'm not home, because big surprise in that time I am working too and not able to contact Square Enix support.

So basically I wasted 60$ for nothing. Really what idiot puts support hours exactly on normal working hours (well guess the guy that wanted that no one can reach support and save costs). And why the hell can't this be solved without contacting an agent, I put all necessary information in my ticket. :mad:

And there I thought with the digital version I spare me the usual hassle with not working codes.
