Question about preoder code

during yesterday trouble with the registering the product code I think my pre-order code got registered to the beta2 account I had is there a way to get the pre order items or did I just lost them.
i should also mention that I put in the pre order code then I tried the product code but it didn't thought it was due to have the beta 2 client so I tried loging in thinking it would register my game but it didn't then I deleted the game client installed from disk, had same trouble with register then I went to the website and found out about the registering problems.then deleted that went to sony entertainment network got the product code register,then went to psn code redeem and used the product code to download the game client.
