Spiritbond faster

Any way to Spiritbond faster now? Before you could do it pretty fasr running ak or whatever wearing Dol/H gear but now that you can't do that it seems it takes like 5hrs to sb one piece od Dol/H gear

Use spiritbonding potions it help alot. And high level gear spiritbonds faster since 2.2 (patch notes).

Afterwards find where you want to do it :)

or there is the meteor ring which spirit binds items at a faster rate as well :D

if its taking you 5 hours to SB Dol/Doh gear your doing something wrong, i can put on a full set of DoL / DoH execpt for weapon and kill 45-49 mobs for an hour getting 10 materia at a time.. Make sure the mobs your killing are within 5 levels of the gear you want to SB.

How exactly are you killing mobs wearing no weapon ? Back before patch you could do that now you can't I thought. Oh nvm it seems I was confused you can still equip like lvl50 all role Dol/H gear like that just not like a miners hat or other role specific gear. I'm trying to find a wat to spiritbond that crap faster

...meaning all the gear except for the weapon, which is DoM/DoW, is DoL/DoH.

There are several ways to increase the spiritbinding speed.
1: make the equipment sb
2: meld materia in to equipment (cheap rank1s and elemental resists are fine).
3: drink a spiritbind potion (from grand company supplier)
4: use spiritbind fc buff


As for the actual content, run 2 to 3 lv.50 dungeons or farm some enemies at the appropriate level. It really helps to have a party to do this. Even treasure maps will work.

Yeah I seemed to draw a blank, the problem I was having was with actual miner gear not all class gear lol. I guess that was what they patched was the wearing of class specific gear. It takes no time at all to sb the all class gear but class specific gear seems to take awhile

I think it may have been changed so that to level miner gear you have to actually, ya know, mine.
