I've played since its early access started. (I bought the real package via Amazon)
But I have not still received any in-game items yet. :(
afaik, it should be on the in-game mail. but there is nothing, yet. :(

Have you registered the physical copy to your Square Enix account? I know they had a post about the codes from the Physical copies not working properly and they were working on a fix for it.
Check your Mog Station and make sure it is showing up as you having the collectors edition with the items listed.
try checkin moggle mail to claim the items :3
I got Cait Sith before my physical copy arrived. When i got my physical copy it had a code i had to redeem which had everything else like the chocobo mount etc, it all registered to my account after that.
