Digital Collectors Edition PS4

Guys yesterday I bought the collectors but I have not received any dlc, I'm going to go crazy Q: I want what I paid for. I also contacted the square enix, but I do not think provide a response in a short time, I have also contacted Sony enterteiment but they said not to be responsible for any email with codes of 12 digits. Where did you get a code from? I bought the CE off the PSN storefront, and when I started the game client the items were immediately in my mail.
