Crysta added gone
Yesterday I was adding more crysta to upgrade my standard client to CE digital from Mogstation.
When I choose using crysta option, I have insufficient fund. Right on that option, the "add crysta" popped, so I clicked on that.
Then I choose Ultimate Pay and use Ultimate Game Card to add payment for it. The process went smooth and it returned me to main menu. But I still saw my crysta amount not added.
Tried relogging several times until today, and my crysta still not added. It's been 3 years I'm using Ultimate Pay to add crysta and never had problem till now.
Where is my crysta? I have filed this problem yesterday, my ticket ID are 3702676.

I tried to use UltimatePay to do just what you did, using PayPal and failed totally. UP never helped, PayPal confirmed that the payment request had been made then immediately voided by UP: I never lost any money but didn't get Crysta either.
It also failed to work using a Credit Card.
I don't know about the game card you're using, but may be worth checking if, like my PayPal account, it never got 'charged'.
SE's account system is crap, many people suffer error 401 or 602 (or something like that) which is caused by SE account details (name and address) allegedly not matching the details provided by the payment processor when patently they do.
The only way I was able to buy Crysta was with Paysafecard's 'token' system which means you simply enter a 16-digit number, since there are no personal details to compare SE's account system is happy and I got Crysta.
I used UP+PayPal for several years when FFXIV V1 launched, God know when it broke but it's been broke for sometime and neither SE nor UP seem to care a damn.

Only got response email back yesterday saying that my ticket's being processed. Still no crysta added yet.
