We are:
SCH/WHM, prefer SCH
PLD/WAR, prefer PLD
BRD

* All classes i92+
* T6 down
* T7 to 15%, BRD as kiter
* BRD consistent top DPS in our T5/6 clears, very experienced/capable min-maxing healer, tank with lots of raid leading experience and general raid awareness.
* Raiding history in top 50 US WoW guild, many top 200 guilds, and top 10 world Rift guild

We're available Tues, Weds, Thurs as early as 4:30PM PST, as late as 9PM PST and occasional Friday/Sunday.

It's okay if you don't have T6 down, but we are asking for your confidence that the group we are joining is exceptional. We need a group that is willing to identify, support, and if unsuccessful, replace its weak links. Raiders who are their own worst critics, who research their class, use parsers, and strive to be the best. Raiders who know how to fuck around, laugh, and have a few beers while slaying internet dragons.
