Phoenix Down <FENIX> is currently looking for a WHITE MAGE to fill one of our core raid teams.
Normal Raid Times: Monday – Thursday 9:00PM EST to 12:30AM EST
Raid times may vary due to player schedules, therefore flexibility with these times is greatly preferred though not required for consideration.
Phoenix Down, originally Prima Nocta, was founded shortly after the launch of A Realm Reborn. We have maintained a Casual-Hardcore raid philosophy, where we take progression and commitment seriously, though remain sensitive to real life demands and unexpected changes. We also accept a small number of friends and family members to fill our ranks and run non-progression content with. We currently have approximately 60 members.
Our FC currently has three raid teams, all of which have cleared Turn 7 and are beginning work on Turn 8. The White Mage Applicant needs to be geared and experienced through Turn 5, and Extreme Mode Primals (including Leviathan), with Turn 6 and 7 experience highly preferred, but not necessary. Geared off-spec roles will also be taken into consideration.
The applicant will be expected to respond to guild-site calendar event invites confirming for each week’s scheduled raids that they will be present and on time, or explaining why they will be absent or late. While we do not have a set attendance requirement, we do have high expectations, and will replace unreliable players.
We expect a “What can I do to improve?” attitude. People will make mistakes, especially in progression. We are looking from players who get better by analyzing, discussing, and solving the reasons for their mistakes. Performance will be regularly evaluated by officers and peers alike.
