Surplus/Fatigue going in 1.18?

Don't know how many saw this today but in the Localisation section one of the reps posted this:

But it wasn't confirmed for 1.18 though was it? I might have missed that confirmation.

I too am excited for this to likely be going in 1.18~ I knew it was going but wasn't for sure if it would be in time for 1.18. I think physical level removal didn't make 1.18 cut so I wasn't sure.

it was confirmed to be "in the same patch that dungeons were introd in"
and that became 1.18, so yes, yes it was confirmed for this patch :)

i have a question on the fatigue. does anyone know if it is just the regular fatigue or if the hidden gathering fatigue is going away with it when it does come through? i would hope it's both since hidden fatigue is worse than the "surplus" to me.

I dont have any sort of confirmation but I would assume its just the sp/exp fatigue and not gathering. That is probably gonna stay
