Where is my character? !

So I have 4 characters all on the NA. Exodus server. All were made within 3 days of each other but there is only one I use! And of course he won't show up on the load stone! Anyone else with this issue? And also is there a way to delete characters? The First One I Made Turned out to be extremely big and ugly lol
