Blacklist just for RMT

Can we get a functionality and list with more slots JUST for RMT blocking please? My list is at 163/200...

Clear your list of all but most recent. my blacklist is currently 1 rmt, All other never send a tell again because they have been removed by SE.

When name shows Deleted, It mean the own of the account was removed.
When SE remove the RMT account they leave the account name in the system.

The problem is that there's no way to tell which names you blacklisted because they're gil spammers and which you blacklisted because they're annoying players.
