I see the notification that boxed users cannot register the game. Is that also the reason why I can't get my CE items? I mean... half the reason to get the CE is to get the Helm of Light (or moogle cap.) By the time this gets resolved, most people will have hit level 10.
If that isn't it, then where is the CE item code?
