i bought the special edition i got a security token in it so i register the device on mog station i enter the 6 numbers it said etc i log out wanne play the game i enter the 1 time password and it says that the password is wrong i tryed couple of times i did on mog station also but nothing i tryed not to enter the code still nothing i have send to support center thy dont reply back to me since this morning now i cant play anymore is there another way to retrieve ar remove the 1 time password
Did you enter your normal password and your security token password? You need both and not just the token.
yes i did bouth maybe i wrote down 1 of the 6 number wrong dunno whats wrong
You know the 1 time password is just that, once you have used it you have to get a new 1 time password the next time you log in. I am unsure why you are writing it down as it will change every time you log in.
i now but i havent been able to log in so i cant get a new 1 right now i prolly misread 1 of the numbers dunno still waiting for a response from support center
Try this:
Go to the login screen.
Enter your username, password and then press the button on the security token to generate a 6-digit code. Enter that code on the login screen and press the "Login" button.
Each time you want to login, you will need to press the button to generate a new code.
If I understand correctly you have a physical token.

If so in your login you have :
Square enix ID : "your ID"
Password : "your square enix Password you entered when you created account"
One Time Password : "press the button of your token and enter the number you see"

In case you're not clear on this yet, in addition to only being good for one login, the one-time password is also only good for about 30 seconds. Regardless of whether you've used it or not, if you're writing it down, chances are it's expired by the time you're trying to actually use it.
i only tryed to log me in after couple min so this mean i cant log in anymore now ? tryed everything now yust gonne wait and hope thy look into it and remove it for me thx for the help people :)
